I'm in shape; Round is a shape.

So I have made a decision to take better care of myself. I think I very well deserve it! So, what does this mean? Well, no more junk food, no more sitting on the computer for three hours at a time, moving around, being active, and making weekly goals for myself. I am happy with myself and the way I am now, however I think there is always room for improvement (as there is in every aspect of life). In order to be successful with this I am going to set an overall goal, as well as weekly goals. Weekly goals are easier to accomplish, which encourages you to get to your overall goal.

My overall goal: Lose 30 lbs. by June.

My weekly goal: Lose at least 5 lbs by Sunday. 

If I lose 5 lbs. every week, I should hit my overall goal by the middle of May, giving me about two more weeks to lose an additional 10 lbs. I am most definitely going to stay on track with my overall goal, but pay more mind to my weekly goal. Therefore, if I slack off one week, I can make up for it on the next week. Wish me luck!
